Oklahoma City, business leaders consider pursuing physical link between downtown and Innovation District (The Oklahoman)

Dozens of civic and business leaders gathered Wednesday to consider whether to pursue building parks and commercial development over Interstate 235 as a way to create an “OKC Innovation Link.”

Miles Associates, which unveiled plans last month, provided the first cost estimate for the proposal, suggesting the first phase between NW 6 and NW 10 could be built for less than $100 million. The entire proposal, which would extend the development to NW 13, is estimated at about $200 million.

“It's a big project with a lot of pieces,” said Dennis Wells, an architect with Miles Associates. “Where do we start? Do we do part or all of it?”

Bud Miles, founder of Miles Associates, acknowledged his firm started OKC Innovation Link without a client or any assurance of it becoming a reality.

Wonderful blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I'm hoping to start my own blog soon but I'm a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go
for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm completely overwhelmed ..

Any suggestions? Thank you!

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added"
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the
same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
Cheers!
